Returns & Refunds
Our Promise
We want you to love your new wall decals. If something isn't right — whether it arrived damaged, there's a production error, or it's not what you expected — we'll make it right. Here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
How Returns Work
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at borowkahome@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
Step 2: We Review
We'll review your request within 1–2 business days and let you know the next steps — replacement or refund.
Step 3: Resolution
Once approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Eligible for Return
- Items damaged during shipping
- Defective or incorrect items
- Items that differ significantly from the product listing
- Non-personalized items in original unused condition
Not Eligible for Return
- Personalized items (custom name, color, or details)
- Items that have been applied to a wall or surface
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items without proof of purchase
Good to Know
14-Day Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Free Returns on Defects
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Personalized Items
Since personalized decals are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless there is a production defect or damage. Please double-check all details before ordering.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
