We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at borowkahome@gmail.com. After that, the order may already be in production.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days to the USA, Canada, and UK, and 7–14 business days for other international destinations. You'll receive a tracking number once shipped.

Yes! We ship worldwide from our facilities in Europe. Free shipping is available for orders to the USA, Canada, UK, and EU over a minimum amount. For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Yes! Many of our products offer personalization. Select a personalized design, enter your child's name during checkout, and we'll create a custom decal just for you. You can also choose fonts and colors on select products.

Please double-check the spelling before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at borowkahome@gmail.com. If the order hasn't entered production yet, we'll fix it at no charge.

Clean the wall surface and make sure it's dry. Peel the decal from the backing, position it on the wall, and smooth it out from the center to the edges using a soft cloth or squeegee. Detailed instructions are included with every order.

Yes! Our decals are designed to be removable. Gently peel from one corner and slowly pull at a 45-degree angle. They won't leave residue or damage paint on standard interior walls. Perfect for renters!

Our decals are designed for single use. Once removed, the adhesive may not stick as well on a new surface. We recommend planning your placement carefully before applying.
